Color selection dialog

Description

For Conference count down, I was needing to select color in an easy way. Unfortunately, under Linux, standard Tk color selection dialog is ... Thus, I build that one.

Use it with same arguments as tk_chooseColor but nedde Tcl / Tk 8.5 (use of ttk widgets and lassign).
